She was a pillar in my support system, helping raise me while my mother pursued her degree at Loyola. I spent much of my early years in her apartment at 5091 West Monroe, where creativity wasn’t just nurtured — it was expected. She encouraged me to explore, express, and sharpen my gifts — from storytelling to writing, from curiosity to execution. Her belief in me was steady and strong, and her way of moving through the world taught me to lead with thoughtfulness, to act with intention, and to always leave things better than I found them. Ruby Monroe Collective was born from that influence — a reflection of legacy, purpose, and the kind of guidance that shapes how you show up in the world.

Before Ruby Monroe Collective, I spent over a decade building and growing brands inside some of the biggest names in beauty, media, and CPG. I led national campaigns, shaped brand narratives, built influencer programs from the ground up, and moved strategy into execution across teams and timelines.
